puppy question please help me?

hello all i we have a rotti puppy that is 9weeks old and she got her 1st shot but since the owner didn’t have the papers show she got her shot my vet want to wait 3 weeks.well i really want to start house training her.she pooping in her crate and in my house and it don’t smell like a box of roses.so my question could i take her outside only to potty?how many time a day a puppy her age need to eat?i wan to put her on a schedule to make house training a little more easier.please don’t say use training pads because i don’t want her to think its ok to potty in the house think u

Paper train her at first then after shots, take her out. I did that with my dog and she KNOWS she can’t do it anymore. She’s 9 years old..You can expect training to take 6 months to a year sometimes before your doggie understands what the routine is and where she’s supposed to go potty.
